Shaow Blinds

Looking at all the pictures I have taken, the one place that I still find that I love so much are my bedroom blinds. The moving cedars always provide interesting patterns in the window and on the walls

I love the stained glass like effect of the shadows produced by the surrounding trees. Nice.

Shadow Poplar

My old nemisis, the poplar. But I am making peace with the poplar and the shadows in the leaves just seemed to make it softer and easier to love :)

Life Inside the Shadow

I think this is one of my most amazing photographs/finds to date. A planked sidewalk, with the shadows covering everything underneath. The exception was the light allowed in by the knothole. It allowed a tiny column of light through the shadow and at the end of it a plant was growing. Amazing!
